Step One: Explore our collection

Building from our semi-custom collection allows for personalization and customization, while maintaining a streamlined and efficient process for couples. Our collections serve as the perfect foundation for you to create an invitation suite that fits your taste and design aesthetic. All suites are designed intentionally in layout but may be custom tailored with print color, print method, paper type and envelope color. Additional enhancements such as wax seals, envelope liners, printed vellum folios, and more make your suite incredibly unique.

STEp TWO: Suite selection

Once you have found the foundation for which you want to build on, please contact us via website form or email hello@maddielaidigdesigns.com to book your invitation package. Through email, we can create your customized quote for services, discuss color options and answer any questions you have about ordering timelines. Please be aware, once color choices are submitted, these options may not be altered. We highly suggest ordering our collection guide if you are not certain which color combinations you wish to proceed with. All couples that book and complete initial payment will receive a complimentary collection guide along with a variety of print samples by mail.

step 3: design process with Maddie

Once your order has been received, design and proofing will begin. Please allow for 5 business days for your digital proofs to be emailed. If your suite involves custom venue illustrations or watercolor, additional time may be required for your digital proofs. Once your proofs are in hand, please review all text and information to ensure accuracy. All purchases come with two free rounds of revisions!*

*These revisions are typically changes in text, or information. Font style, layout and design are not permitted with semi-custom invitation purchases. If you wish to make larger edits requiring layout and font change, we are happy to accommodate and transition your project to the custom invitation category. Additional design fees will incur.

Step 4: Approval and printing

Once you have approved* your digital proofs, files will be sent to print! Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and shipping. Additional time required if selecting letterpress and foil printing. We will be in touch with shipping information once it becomes available. If you are in need of your suite sooner, please email hello@maddielaidigdesigns.com and will assist with this process and will provide a rush fee invoice to proceed.

*All text that has been proofed and approved will go to print, reprints for inaccurate information will result in a second print fee.
